Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom and special orders are non-refundable and eligible for store credit only.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration will be assessed at per case basis.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
